Our Story
Crystal Clear Essentials was founded with the desire to slow down and be more intentional about what we put on our skin. The journey began long before we even knew the importance of natural skin care though. Our founder and CEO, Crystal, has dealt with sensitive, eczema prone skin from a very young age. As a teenager growing up in New York City, several factors contributed to ongoing skin issues from air quality to hormonal changes. Like most individuals, Crystal began using topicals prescribed by her doctor which were riddled with steroids and other chemicals. Although they worked initially, they proved to not be a good long term solution to actually treating her skin, and so her research began.
What started as a personal commitment to simpler, more thoughtful personal care grew into a small-batch skincare brand rooted in clarity, quality, and hands-on craftsmanship. Every product is made with consideration—We formulate with sensitive skin in mind, prioritizing gentle ingredients and simple formulations designed to support the skin’s natural balance. Our small, hands-on operation in Clayton County, Georgia is where every product is made in limited batches with close attention to detail—never mass-produced, never rushed.

We formulate without soy or palm oil, favoring alternatives that align more closely with our values around sourcing and sustainability. Where color is used, we rely on minerals and botanicals chosen for their natural beauty and added benefits, avoiding synthetic dyes and unnecessary colorants.
